You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j2jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. j2jl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your account as an additional layer of security. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your sole responsibility unless you notify j2jl immediately upon becoming aware of unauthorized access.
In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering ("AML") requirements, j2jl is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You must complete KYC verification before making withdrawals. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identification such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card. j2jl may request additional documentation at any time and reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.
